 NUTTING LAKE, Mass., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Devices,


Inc. reported losses of $179,000 and $439,000 for the quarter and year ended December 1991 vs. losses of $388,000 and $690,000 for the quarter and year ended December 1990. Total revenues amounted to $745,000 and $2,586,000 respectively for the 1991 periods vs. $539,000 and $2,794,000 for 1990. Operating expenses during 1991 and 1990 include research and development expenses of $370,000 and $397,000 respectively, which were directly related to the operations of Neuro- Therapeutics, Inc., a development stage company acquired in January 1989.
