COMPUTER ASSOCIATES RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FOR ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE; U.S. National Council of Women Cites CA For Family-Friendly Policies and Benefits.


ISLANDIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 1996--Computer Associates International, Inc. has received the prestigious 1996 Corporate Award for the Advancement of Women by the National Council of Women of the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  (NCW/US NCW/US National Council of Women of the United States ). CA is one of only 11 companies cited for its progressive employee benefits and policies supporting women with family responsibilities.
