, Los Angeles, publisher of calendar/docket software with built-in court rules databases, has announced the addition of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's (TTAB TTAB Trademark Trial and Appeal Board

) New Institution Order rules to its comprehensive U.S. Patent and Trademark database.

CompuLaw recently updated its Trademark Inter Partes INTER PARTES. This, in a technical sense, signifies an agreement professing in the outset, and before any stipulations are introduced, to be made between such and such persons as, for example, " This Indenture, made the _____ day of _____ 1848, between A B of the one part, and C D of the  Proceedings rules database with significant procedural changes for Opposition, Cancellation and Concurrent Use proceedings before the TTAB. The Trademark database also includes new deadlines listed in TTAB Institution Order. Using CompuLaw Vision's Case Summary feature, users can calendar and monitor the new rules of practice for TTAB proceedings, including new disclosure, discovery and trial-related deadlines.

The Trademark court rules package offers rule sets for Federal Inter Partes Proceedings, Federal Trademark Registration and Renewals, Madrid Protocol, and all 50 U.S. State Trademark rules.
