COMPASS headquarters names Bruce W. Ficke, President and Timothy J. Donley, COO.


ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 1995--COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc. announced today the addition of several key positions in response to its five year positioning plan. Since its inception in 1990, COMPASS has grown from 28 million square feet under management to over 115 million today. Continuing this aggressive growth pattern is an integral part of the future and the new key positions will support the targeted initiatives and provide stronger international support.

Bruce W. Ficke has been named President. He will primarily be responsible for developing the company's strategic corporate direction including marketing, leasing, national client development and construction services. Ficke's appointment is a natural evolution due to his extensive involvement in the development of COMPASS' strong national client portfolio in his previous capacity as Senior Vice President of National Leasing and Marketing.

Timothy J. Donley has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Under Donley's leadership the Chicago region has consistently been one of COMPASS' most proactive and successful regions.

Romanowski was previously with Hyatt Hotels in Chicago and brings more than 15 years of human resource experience to COMPASS.

Replacing Donley in the Chicago region is G. Denis Denis, king of Portugal: see Diniz.  Hartsough, Senior Vice President. Hartsough, originally from Chicago, will relocate from the Florida region where he has been responsible for the overall operation of more than five million square feet. The Florida portfolio will now be operated out of the Atlanta regional office under the direction of Senior Vice President Clark S. Gore. The addition of the five million square foot Florida portfolio brings the total Atlanta square footage under management to more than 14 million.
