The BNSF Railway (AAR reporting marks BNSF Company (BNSF BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (railroad) ). In conjunction with the sale transaction the parties entered into an option agreement giving BNSF the right to purchase an additional 164 acres.

The subject property is located in the cities of Lancaster and Dallas, and provides more than 9,000 feet of rail frontage and represents a portion of the 2.5 miles of BNSF track frontage within the Dallas Logistics Hub.
