Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  Resource Center will join with the city of Santa Clarita for the third annual Make A Difference Day on Saturday. The following projects have been accepted and are in need of volunteers. For more information, call (661) 250-3720.

--Beautification of the facility and construction of five vegetable garden boxes at ACTION, 30039 Bouquet Canyon Road, Saugus.

--Rummage sale and car wash in the parking lots of Sav-On and Do-It Center in Canyon Country to benefit ATEAM ATEAM Advanced Turbine Engine Army Maintenance .

--Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and garages in the homes of five community residents with disabilities, from Avenues Supported Living Services.

--Washing of all windows and blinds at the Boys & Girls Club, 24909 Newhall Ave., Newhall.

--Building of an ADA Ada, city, United States
Ada (ā`ə), city (1990 pop. 15,820), seat of Pontotoc co., S central Okla.; inc. 1904. It is a large cattle market and the center of a rich oil and ranch area.
 ramp, steps, landing and railing for the office trailer at Carousel Ranch in Sand Canyon.

--Peanut butter drive at several Vons and Albertson's stores to benefit the Church of Hope Food Pantry.

--Book Fair at Valencia Library to benefit Friends of the Libraries of Santa Clarita Valley.

--Organization of preparedness supplies in two trailers at Helmers Elementary School, 27300 N. Grandview Drive, Valencia.

--Rejuvenation of Amphitheater and Pavilion area at LARC LARC Langley Research Center

--Patching, priming and painting interior walls of four Summit Pre- School rooms at Santa Clarita Valley Family YMCA YMCA

Hart Park, 24251 San Fernando Road San Fernando Road is a major street in the city and county of Los Angeles. It starts off in Castaic as The Old Road, passing through Santa Clarita and the Newhall Pass, where upon its intersection with Sierra Highway near the junction of the Golden State (I-5) and the , Newhall.
