The Ten Rivers group is working to increase the amount of locally grown food that is consumed locally and to increase community involvement in its own food production. See Vaux's swifts at UO before they migrate Lane County Audubon Society will hold its annual fall swift event outside Agate Hall at sunset on Friday. The Vaux's swifts use the chimney to roost for the night as they gather prior to migration. Over 15,000 birds use this location as a gathering place.
