Spring Creek Elementary School elementary school: see school.  will hold its second annual Spring Into Art show and sale Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the school, 560 Irvington Drive.

The show is part of Spring Creek's effort to revive To renew.

For example, revival is the act of renewing the legal force of a contract or debt, either by acknowledging it or by giving a new promise, when the contract or debt is no longer a sufficient foundation for a lawsuit because it is barred by the running of the Statute
 arts education and give children with artistic ability a chance to shine. Two projects from each classroom will be showcased Thursday. The projects will be on sale for relatives to purchase on the night of the show.

Profits will be used for student art supplies and the Artist in Residence program. All artwork will be displayed around the school for families and the community to enjoy. Additional artwork will be raffled off and available for sale.

Affordable homes being

The Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation is building several new affordable homes that will be available to qualified first-time home buyers in Eugene-Springfield.

Those interested in finding out more about the homes may attend a New Homes Workshop on Thursdayfrom 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Participants will be able to look at photos and floor plans, learn how to qualify to purchase one of the homes and explore financial assistance available to first-time home buyers.

Rainbow Valley Design & Construction is building the homes, which have either two or three bedrooms, a garage and many energy-efficient features.

The workshop will take place at NEDCO's Home Ownership Center of Lane County at 783 Grant St. Off-street parking is available.

The deadline to register is Wednesday. To sign up, call NEDCO NEDCO National Enterprise Development Company (Trinidad and Tobago)  at 345-7106.
