COMMISSION TO MEET IN NORTHRIDGE.

Byline: Daily News

Los Angeles' appointed Charter Reform Commission will hold the first of seven open houses today to hear public reactions to its recommendations.

The session is scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. at the Northridge Recreation Center, 18300 Lemarsh St., Northridge.

With interactive display boards, a slide presentation and a public comment period, the open house is designed to let the public participate in the development of a new charter to overhaul the structure and organization of city government.
