COMMENT & ANALYSIS - Colomendy costs; LETTERS to the EDITOR.Byline: Cllr Joe Anderson
Joe Anderson (born c. 1981) is a British actor. He attented Richmond upon Thames College and later the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. I AM writing to raise awareness of the city council's plans for the Colomendy centre. The report I have seen in the city council means that Colomendy is, in fact, being privatised. Schools will have to pay far more to be able to access this resource for pupils in future - prices are set to be up to four times higher per child to go there if the Liberal Democrats' plans go through. Liverpool City Council
Liverpool City Council is the governing body for the city of Liverpool in Merseyside, England. It consists of 90 councillors, three for each of the city's 30 wards. has been awarded Lottery lottery, scheme for distributing prizes by lot or other method of chance selection to persons who have paid for the opportunity to win. The term is not applicable when lots are drawn without payment by the interested parties to determine some matter, e.g. money to help improve facilities at the Colomendy centre - a place loved by generations of Liverpudlians. Surely the city's Lib-Dem rulers must see this as a facility worth investing in to safeguard its future for the children of this city? Perhaps people could let me have their views? I can be contacted by email at joe.anderson@liverpool.gov.uk, or by post at Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, L2 2DH. Cllr Joe Anderson, Liverpool Labour Group Leader |
