COMCEL Announces Organizational Changes.


BOGOTA, Colombia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1999--

Comunicacion Celular S.A. ("COMCEL COMCEL Comunicaciones Celulares (Guatemala) ") today announced that Mr. Derek Lindsay has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Lindsay's resignation takes effect immediately.

Mr. Wilfrid Henault, COMCEL's Vice President and Controller, has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. Prior to joining COMCEL in mid- mid-
pref.
