Revenues for the quarter were up 31 percent to $21.0 million compared with $16.1 million last year. Average shares for the quarter were 5,463,000 versus 5,397,000 for last year. For the first two quarters of this year, net income after tax was $2.4 million or $0.45 per share on revenues of $41.1 million. For the same period last year, the company earned $2.2 million or $0.41 per share on $32.5 million of revenue. Revenues for the company's subsidiary, Comarco Wireless Technologies, for the second quarter were $7.1 million, up 67 percent from the $4.2 million reported for the second quarter last year.
