 Yukon Resources Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has completed a private placement of 450,000 special warrants at a price of $1.00 per special warrant. Each special warrant is exchangeable into one common share of the Company, for no additional consideration, on the earlier of:

I. 15 days after the Company has received a receipt for a final prospectus Final Prospectus

A legal document stating the price of a newly issued security, the delivery date, and other facts that are important for investors.

Notes:
The final prospectus must be given to every investor who purchases a new issue of registered securities.
 filed with applicable securities commissions qualifying the shares; and

II. one year following the issuance of the special warrants.

The Company has further completed an additional private placement of 66,667 units at a price of $1.50 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $2.00 per share exercisable for a period of one year.
