COLUMBIA HOSPITAL ISSUES A CORRECTION OF THE DATE FOR SHAREHOLDER MEETING

 FORT WORTH, Texas, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Hospital Corporation (NASDAQ: CHOS) today issued a correction of the date of the shareholder meeting for Columbia to Aug. 31, 1993. The correction updates the press release issued July 12, 1993. The shareholder date of record will remain the same: July 19, 1993. In addition, Columbia will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange, opening the morning of July 14, 1993, under the ticker symbol (COL).
