COLLEGES: PEPPERDINE PULLS OFF UPSET.

Teena Wickett and Teiosha George scored 21 points apiece Friday as Pepperdine upset No.14 Rutgers 75-73 in overtime in Malibu.

Rutgers has opened the season with two-straight losses. The Lady Knights lost to No. 9 Georgia in their opener Sunday.

Wickett added 12 rebounds for the Waves (2-1).

Rutgers led 31-28 at halftime, and the score was tied at 63-63 at the end of regulation.

Eshaya Murphy Eshaya "Shay" Murphy (born April 15 1985, in Canoga Park, California) is an American professional basketball player in the WNBA, currently playing for the Minnesota Lynx.

Murphy attended college at USC and graduated in 2007.
