Michael Clegg Michael Clegg (born 3 July 1977 in London) is a retired English football defender who most notably played for Manchester United. He currently works as the strength and conditioning coach of Sunderland.  scored twogoals to help the host Cal State Northridge men's soccer team snap a three-game losing streak with a 3-0 win over Cal State Fullerton in Big West Conference play on Saturday.
