COLLEGE TO HOST SUMMER FESTIVAL.Byline: P. The second event will be a summer pops concert performed on the Main Stage of the 400-seat Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre. . With James Song conducting, the orchestra will play light classical and popular selections. As a solo event, the summer pops concert is a longstanding Moorpark College tradition that generally draws capacity crowds. A dance extravaganza will wrap up the festival. Set to take place on the outdoor stage of the Campus Center Quad, the performance will include a Latin folklorico-style demonstration of Mexican and Spanish dances.
