A 1995 Quartz Hill High School Quartz Hill High School is a public, co-educational high school located in Lancaster, California. Gonzalo Busso, 19, of Lancaster, a college sophomore whose older sister also attends the Tempe, Ariz., campus, fell from the balcony Balcony (from Italian balcone, scaffold; cf.
