The Birth of Occidental College
Occidental College (commonly referred to as Oxy) was founded on April 20, 1887, by a group of Presbyterian clergy and laymen.

Gordon's touchdowns both came in the fourth quarter on runs of 76 and 47 yards respectively. The first one came just 45 seconds after Ventura cut the deficit to 14 points on their first touchdown of the game.
