Greg Ramirez relieved starter Brandon Boesch after he he worked the first six innings and allowed 10 hits and seven runs while walking two and striking out five.

After the shaky start, Ramirez settled down and retired the final seven batters he faced to improve to get the win and improve to 1-2.

The series concludes today today at 1 p.m. at Pepperdine.
