Wade Friesen and Aaron McKenzie hit home runs Friday and three Cal State Northridge players had two hits apiece as the host Matadors beat Cal State Fullerton 6-4 to hand the Titans their first Big West Conference baseball loss of the season.

CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge  (8-30, 2-2) spotted Fullerton (26-8, 3-1) a 1-0 lead in the second inning, took a 3-1 lead into the top of the sixth, then overcame a three-run Fullerton rally by scoring three runs in the bottom of that inning.

Drew Aguilar, Mark McCauley and McKenzie each had two hits each for the Matadors, who matched the Titans' nine hits.

Leo Rosales Leonel Rosales (born May 28, 1981 in Los Angeles, California) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher who is currently with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Rosales attended California State University, Northridge.
 earned his first save with a one-hit ninth.

Greg Ramirez went all the way for the pitching victory, striking out three and walking one in a four-hitter.

Joe Frazee and Josh Whitesell homered and Sean Smith had two hits for LMU, which erased an early 1-0 Pepperdine lead with a run in the fifth inning before falling behind for good when the Waves took a 3-2 lead in the seventh.
