COGNICASE Inc. (Nasdaq:COGI) announces that Marc Lamy, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company. Ronald Brisebois, President and Chief Executive Officer, has appointed Luc Roy, Executive Vice-President, to assume the transition.
