 CODED SIGNS LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SAMSUNG CO. LTD.
 CARLSBAD, Calif., April 27 /PRNewswire/ - Coded Communications Corp.


(Vancouver: CCE) has signed a joint marketing and distribution license agreement with Samsung Co. Ltd. of Seoul, Korea, to facilitate the marketing and sales of Coded's products and technologies in certain territories, the first of which will be Korea.
 Samsung Co. Ltd., which was founded in 1938, is recognized as one of the fastest-growing international corporations with specific emphasis on the electronic information industry. Samsung together with Coded, have identified certain market opportunities that are expected to provide substantial growth for Coded in the coming years. The joint operation has already commenced business activities in Korea and is negotiating its first pilot project.
 "The Samsung agreement and relationship is important and significant for Coded in that it is a further confirmation by a major international electronics and communications group of the advantages of Coded's technology and expertise in the field of mobile data transfer," said Coded's Chief Executive Officer Gerard Dennehy.
