CODA ENVIRONMENTAL NAMES PRESIDENT

 DALLAS, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Coda Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CODA) announced today that nationally recognized organics expert Howard Garrett has been named president and chief executive officer of its subsidiary, Coda Environmental & Restoration, Inc. Garrett has significant experience in soil restoration with major corporations including several Fortune 500 companies in addition to being an author, radio talk-show host and newspaper columnist.
 Coda Environmental & Restoration, Inc. was formed after the successful organic reclamation of soil in North Texas oil fields. Coda Environmental & Restoration, Inc. plans to offer its services as an oil field surface restoration company to oil and gas entities and other companies requiring surface restoration to meet today's increasing environmental standards.
