COCAINE SALES INVESTIGATION ENDS WITH 3 ARRESTS IN T.O.

Avocados, citrus, vegetables, strawberries, and nursery products are grown.  men have been arrested on suspicion of selling cocaine from a Warwick Avenue apartment, officials said Friday.

The department has a patrol area that covers over 39 square miles.  ended a two-week investigation into suspected drug trafficking at 850 Warwick Ave. with the arrest Thursday afternoon of Epifanio Campos Farfan, 31; Erben Floata Morales, 31, and Jose Balam Herrera, 33.

All three were booked into the Ventura County Jail with bail set at $20,000 each, a jail spokeswoman said. They are scheduled for arraignment A criminal proceeding at which the defendant is officially called before a court of competent jurisdiction, informed of the offense charged in the complaint, information, indictment, or other charging document, and asked to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or as otherwise permitted  Monday on charges of possessing an illegal substance for sale.

Using that information, police said they sent an undercover officer to the apartment where the officer purchased both rock and powder cocaine.

The suspects were arrested after a search warrant was issued. Officers said they found a quarter ounce of rock and powder cocaine packaged for sale.
