BOARD APPROVES NOMINATING JEAN-CLAUDE KILLY TO THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 1996--The Coca-Cola Enterprises Board of Directors today approved the nomination of Jean-Claude Killy to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Killy will now stand for election by the share owners at the Company's Annual Meeting of Share Owners in April 1997. Jean-Claude Killy is a successful entrepreneur and businessman, holding positions as chairman of Amaury Sport Organization and as a member of the Board of Philippe Amaury Editions S.A.
