CNYC conference.The Council of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of Cooperatives & Condominiums will hold its annual housing conference Sunday, November 12. This year's 26th annual conference will have 60 workshops on virtually every aspect of owning and operating a cooperative or condominium. There is also an Exhibit Hall where 40 companies will show products and services. For the first time, the Conference will be housed this year in the Newman Vertical Campus of Baruch College Baruch College: see New York, City University of. at the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 24th Street. Photo ID is required for entry. Advanced registration is highly recommended. Every cooperative and condominium that is a CNYC member can send one preregistered representative to the Conference at no cost. For non-affiliates a fee of $175 per person and 3 for $450 is required. |
