(Nasdaq:CNXS) today announced that it will host a live Webcast of its fiscal 2006 first-quarter conference call on Wednesday, August 3, at 4 p.m. CT (5 p.m. ET), following the release of its earnings after the stock market closes that day. Marti Morfitt, president and chief executive officer, and Sam Reinkensmeyer, chief financial officer, will discuss the results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2005, and the company's outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year.

To access the live Webcast, go to the company's Web site at www.cns.com and click on the Webcast link. The Webcast replay will be available on CNS' Web site after the call.
