Shares will be exchanged on the basis of one (1) post amalgamation common share for every four (4) pre-amalgamation shares of Mid-North. No fractional shares will be issued. Shareholders entitled to receive fractional shares will receive one whole share for the fractional portion. The common shares of Bison Gold Exploration Inc will trade on Wednesday, December 28, 2005.
