CNN.com CNN.com is the news website maintained by CNN. The website debuted on August 30 1995, and it describes itself as the first major news and information website on the Internet. It takes news from several news agencies and its own correspondents.

In addition, CNN.com's internal numbers showed a yield of 6.3 million unique users for the same 24-hour period, including international usage not measured by the domestic Media Metrix and Nielsen/NetRatings services.
