ATLANTA and SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999-- CNN, the world's news leader, and Inktomi Corp. (Nasdaq:INKT), developer of scalable Internet infrastructure software, today announced a strategic technology relationship to enhance the CNN Web sites' infrastructure for online content distribution. Inktomi's Traffic Server(TM) network cache platform will be deployed to accelerate content delivery while simultaneously improving the efficiency of the CNN Web sites' network in the second quarter of this year.
