Lenart's career spans over 20 years of managing growth and innovation in the communications marketplace, including senior management positions with Ameritech, MCI and MFS Communications. Most recently Deb was CEO of InTouch Communications, a leading provider of competitive voice services, where she successfully brought the business to positive cash flow, raised $3M in equity funding and launched a new product strategy for the company. Prior to InTouch, Deb was CEO of Eziaz, Inc., a provider of enhanced data services to large-scale commercial property owners. At Eziaz, Deb raised over $48M in funding, scaled Eziaz' operations into 52 markets and provided services to over 1,000 enterprise customers in 5,500 buildings nationwide.

During her career with Ameritech, Deb served as CEO of Ameritech's Custom Business Services (CBS), a $2.2B operating unit serving the company's largest commercial and governmental customers for voice, data and video services. While at Ameritech CBS, Deb was responsible for building a $1B data services business that served as the platform for Ameritech's national data services strategy. Prior to Ameritech CBS, Deb was part of the founding management team, and eventual CEO of Ameritech's cable TV unit, Americast, a $300M operating unit and the largest competitive "overbuilder" in the cable TV industry.

Prior to Ameritech, Deb successfully held numerous senior sales, marketing, and network operations positions at both MCI and MFS. Deb was a founding employee of MFS Communications, and the first female operations manager in the United States for MCI.
