 Hospitality Corp. ("CNL") has purchased two suburban hotels from Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE NYSE

:WYN) and executed long-term leasebacks on both properties with Wyndham. The hotels, located in Billerica, Mass., and Denver, are adjacent to high-tech office parks.

CNL reached a milestone with the addition of the two Wyndham properties to its growing hotel investment portfolio. The transaction marks a diversification in CNL's portfolio, which up until now, was comprised entirely of properties affiliated with various Marriott brands.

The Wyndham properties were purchased for a combined cost of approximately $43 million. The hotels, which opened in 1999, combine technical innovation with high customer service standards for the business traveler while also providing an attractive upscale venue for each community's meetings and social markets.
