The OREGON BUSINESS magazine's annual competition, which began in 1995, judges companies in five key areas: benefits, employee involvement, community involvement, opportunities for advancement and training and workplace culture. This year is the first year that CNF has participated in the survey.

The AdTech Center was praised for its comprehensive health benefits and company-paid premiums, receiving a 94% ranking in this category. CNF also scored 93 percent in the community involvement category. The judges gave maximum points to the existence of an exclusive volunteer coordinator position and the local, state and regional awards that the coordinator garnered on behalf of the many AdTech Center volunteers who participate in community service projects and make charitable donations to local causes.

More than 1,100 companies throughout the state received the six-page survey this year, making competition tougher than ever.
