:CNF) announced today that it expects to release its fourth-quarter and year-end earnings results after the market closes on Monday, Jan. 24, 2005. The company also plans to host a conference call for shareholders and the investment community the following morning, Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (9:00 a.m. Pacific). On the call management will review results of the quarter and year ending on December 31.

The call can be accessed by dialing (866) 264-3634 or (706) 643-3632 (for international callers) and is expected to last approximately one hour. Callers are requested to dial in at least five minutes before the start of the call. The call will also be available through live internet webcast at www.cnf.com and www.streetevents.com.

An audio replay will be available for one week following the call by dialing (800) 642-1687 or (706) 645-9291 (for international callers) and using access code 2914419. The replay will also be available at the same webcasting sites providing access to the live call.
