:CNF), was today presented with the 2002 "Good Scout" award at the transportation industry Lunch-O-Ree. The annual event is a major fundraiser for the San Francisco Bay Area “Bay Area” redirects here. For other uses, see Bay Area (disambiguation).

 Council of the Boy Scouts of America Noun 1. Boy Scouts of America - a corporation that operates through a national council that charters local councils all over the United States; the purpose is character building and citizenship training  to help Scouts from low-income families.

Quesnel is the 19th recipient of the annual award and was recognized for his leadership in the transportation industry and for his tireless support of Scouting. Quesnel has twice served as chairman of the Lunch-O-Ree executive committee. Over the last ten years the event has raised nearly two million dollars to support urban Scouting.

A native of Salem, Ore., Quesnel has served as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of CNF since 1998. He is a member of the CNF board of directors and also serves on the board of Potlatch Corp. "Growing up in semi-rural Oregon was a lot different than the challenges today's youth face on the sometimes mean streets of San Francisco and Oakland. It's a lot tougher today and many urban youths don't have the opportunities I did. I strongly support the San Francisco Bay Area Council's efforts to help at-risk youth and am proud to donate my time to this worthy cause."
