CNET Networks UK Names Ring2 Conferencing as a Finalist for Mobile Product or Service of the Year.


LONDON -- Ring2 Conferencing See teleconferencing. , the world's first audio-conferencing company to offer remote control of calls from a mobile device, announced today that it has been named a finalist for the CNET (body) CNET - Centre national d'Etudes des Telecommunications. The French national telecommunications research centre at Lannion.  Networks UK Business Technology Awards 2007 (www.cnetnetworks.co.uk/awards), which recognise innovation, application and excellence in technology and business.

Ring2 is one of five finalists in the Mobile Product or Service of the Year category. The other four finalists are Intel Corporation (company) Intel Corporation - A US microelectronics manufacturer. They produced the Intel 4004, Intel 8080, Intel 8086, Intel 80186, Intel 80286, Intel 80386, Intel 486 and Pentium microprocessor families as well as many other integrated circuits and personal computer networking  (UK), iPass, T-Mobile and Vodafone/Dexterra.

Ring2's innovative service is a premium business audio-conferencing service, which eliminates familiar problems and frustrations for conference callers by turning a BlackBerry blackberry, name for several species of thorny plants of the genus Rubus of the family Rosaceae (rose family). See bramble.
