As previously announced CNBT Bancshares has entered into a definitive agreement with BOK Financial Corporation BOK Financial Corporation (BOKF) NASDAQ: BOKF, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a financial services company in the West South Central States region of the United States. The corporate headquarters is located in the BOK Tower in downtown Tulsa. pursuant to which BOK Financial will acquire CNBT. This merger is expected to be voted on by CNBT stockholders during a special meeting that will be held during the fourth quarter 2000. The actual merger is expected to be completed during the first quarter 2001, if approved during the special meeting.
