GlobalGolf.com targets the huge worldwide audience of golf enthusiasts. Worldwide, there are 36,000 golf courses, 26 million golfers and 550 million rounds of golf played each year.

CNBC Sports, with an estimated international audience of more than 60 million households, will provide an international broadcast platform, worldwide advertising and equity funding, as well as a variety of promotional tools in a joint effort to create the world's No. 1 Internet golf portal. Meanwhile, Beverly Hills Ltd. will provide editorial content and golf-related products and services that may be purchased online. -0-

     To fully brand the GlobalGolf.com website during the next year,
CNBC Sports will:

1.   Promote the online tee-time reservation system for golfers
     worldwide.
2.   Create and produce all GlobalGolf.com promotional trailers
     (spots) to be broadcast around golf coverage worldwide, including
     Europe and Asia.
3.   Produce and distribute internationally a weekly, 26-minute
     GlobalGolf.com television program, ensuring continuous worldwide
     exposure.
4.   Secure Robert Trent Jones Jr. as both the GlobalGolf.com and
     television program spokesman.
5.   Enlist Sam Torrence, winner of 31 tour events and member of nine
     Ryder Cup teams, as both the site and television program endorser
     and touring professional.
6.   Work with Beverly Hills Ltd., to ensure that the GlobalGolf.com
     brand gains exposure at golf tournaments managed by CNBC Sports.
     This exposure includes the World Cup of Golf, the Malaysian Open,
     the South African Open and many more.
