Next month, the facility's core and shell will be substantially complete, and the building will be ready for interior fit out, including installation of the studio's technical equipment.

CNBC's new 500,000 SF, state-of-the-art facility will be built in two phases.

The first phase includes construction of a three-story, 300,000-square-foot building with a 17,500 SF studio in column-free 35-foot-high space, 40,000 SF of technical support space, a fitness center, an employee dining facility and general office space.

Phase two of the project, which involves construction of 200,000 SF of additional offices, will be developed when required by CNBC.
