CNB Financial Corp. Announces Record Dividend.


CANAJOHARIE, New York--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 1998--CNB Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:CNBF) announces its first quarterly dividend, the highest quarterly dividend since the company's formation in January of 1993.

The dividend of $0.14 per share is 17.0 percent higher than that paid for the same period last year. This dividend is payable on March 10, 1998 to shareholders of record as of February 27, 1998.

Donald L. Brass, President, stated that he was "very pleased that the Board of Directors' confidence in the performance of the Company will be passed along to the shareholders in the form of an increased dividend."
