: CNBI CNBI Communications Network Billing, Inc.  - News) today reported that a cash dividend of $.17 per share was declared recently by the Board of Directors of CNB Bancorp, Inc.

The dividend will be paid August 20, 2001 to shareholders of record as of August 13, 2001.

The quarterly dividend of $.17 per share represents an increase of 6.25% compared to the third quarter of 2000.
