CNA closes deal for purchase of 70 percent ownership of Omega ART in Argentina.


BUENOS AIRES Buenos Aires (bwā`nəs ī`rēz, âr`ēz, Span. bwā`nōs ī`rās), city and federal district (1991 pop. , Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 1997-- Chicago-based CNA (Certified NetWare Administrator) See Novell certification.  and Argentina's Omega Cooperativa de Seguros closed today on a 70 percent ownership interest by CNA in Omega ART. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Omega Aseguradora de Riesgo de Trabjo (ART), with approximately 60 million in annual premium, is one of the top worker's compensation carriers in Argentina and a subsidiary of Omega Cooperativa de Seguros.
