:CNR) will issue its fourth-quarter 2003 and year-end 2003 financial results tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 7.30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). CN's senior officers will review the results in a conference call and webcast starting at 11 a.m. ET Jan. 28.

The conference call will replace CN's previously scheduled analysts' meeting tomorrow in New York City, which has been cancelled owing to expected severe winter weather conditions.

Parties interested in listening to, and participating in, CN's financial presentation by telephone are requested to dial 1-888-575-8232 by 10.45 a.m. ET Jan. 28.

CN will also webcast the presentation via the Investors' section of the company's web site, http://www.cn.ca/investors/en_index.shtml. To access the webcast and slides supporting the presentation, select "Analyst Presentations" on Jan. 28.
