Details of the new three-year labour contract - replacing one that expired Dec. 31, 2003 - are being withheld pending agreement ratification by members of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference/Rail Canada Traffic Controllers in Montreal, Toronto and Edmonton. CN is in active negotiations with five other unions in Canada whose contracts also expired at the end of last year. Those unions represent approximately 8,300 employees.
