(CAW) have ratified a new collective agreement with CNTL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CN. The agreement is retroactive to January 1, 2004. There are approximately 380 owner/operators covered under the agreement. The owner/operators provide local trucking services for CN's major intermodal terminals in Canada.
