CN's conductors in Canada ratify new labour agreement.MONTREAL -- CN announced today that United Transportation Union members it employs in Canada have ratified a three-year collective agreement with the company retroactive to Jan. 1, 2004. The new agreement provides wage, benefit and quality of work-life improvements to 2,600 conductors, assistant conductors, yard service employees and traffic coordinators.
