CN (NYSE:CNI)(TSX:CNR) today unveiled My Reports, a new eBusiness feature offering freight customers the ability to customize and schedule reports on the status of their CN shipments.

My Reports, now an integral part of CN's My Shipments eBusiness tool, allows customers to schedule receipt of proactive shipment status reports by email without having to log-in to CN's eBusiness site at www.cn.ca.

Customers can obtain information on shipments with changed estimated times of arrival, for example, whenever and as frequently as necessary. They can schedule email reports up to 20 times per week in various formats - HTML, spreadsheet, text or PDF.

Anita Ernesaks, CN's vice-president of eBusiness, said: "My Reports is a direct response to our shippers' requests for this new eBusiness capability. Already more than 3,500 customers use CN's eBusiness tools every day for self-service. My Reports now offers tailored information on the customers' desk when they want it.
