CN's Canada-Based Rail Dispatchers Ratify New Collective Agreement.

) (TSX:CNR) announced today that its 200 Canada-based rail dispatchers have ratified a new collective agreement with the company.

CN's three-year agreement with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference/Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (TCRC/RCTC), retroactive to Jan. 1, 2004, improves dispatchers' wages and benefits. TCRC/RCTC members are based in Montreal, Toronto and Edmonton.

CN earlier this year renewed its labour contracts with the Canadian Auto Workers The Canadian Auto Workers (CAW; formally the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada) is one of Canada's largest and highest profile trade unions.  union, and recently concluded a new agreement with the Canadian National Railways Police Association.

CN continues labour negotiations with four other unions in Canada.
