Commodities Management Exchange Inc. (CMXchange), the pioneering Internet-based integrated commodities management services company, has introduced its CMXprofessional-services division, focused on helping market participants optimize procurement, supply chain and commodity management performance.

CMXprofessional-services is the next strategic addition to CMXchange's commodity management divisions--Physical Trading Marketplace, Financial Derivatives Marketplace and Exchange Technology Services--providing customers a complete menu of strategic commodity management solutions.

Lon Blumenthal, a specialist in leading enterprise procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives, brings a deep background that includes positions at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and UOP, the joint venture between Allied Signal and Union Carbide. A noted speaker on business management issues, Blumenthal received his MBA at the University of New Haven.
